Saturday, February 12, 2022 – Premium Tea and Chocolate Pairing - Always a February favorite!
We will discuss the similarities of terroir and processing of the tea plant and cacao tree and learn how to bring out the best flavor combinations as you taste, compare, and pair special teas and chocolates.Taste some treats made with these two delectable ingredients. Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Exploring Teas: Advanced Workshop - Test your tastebuds and tea knowledge as we taste a selection of teas "blind" in this fun and informative seminar.
